Value Stream Mapping Workshop

This is a 1 Full Day workshop to determine the Value Stream that delivers Value to your customer and refine it further to understand where the bottlenecks are in the process, causes of Delay and measure Flow efficiency of your value Stream. By the end of the workshop, you would have - 1) Identified your Value Stream and mapped the flow of value with all cross-functional stakeholders identified 2) Identify Flow Metrics viz. Flow Time, %C&A and Flow Efficiency of Current Value Stream 3) Determine the Future State of Value Stream with improvements in Flow Metrics 4) Action Plan for improvement The workshop involves a lot of Preparation prior to the workshop which involves inviting the right stakeholders, setting expectations from all participants and some pre-reading material to get familiar with Value Stream concepts. The benefits from this workshop is to enable all the relevant stakeholders to improve on value delivery process to our customer which results in Reducing Time to Market and Improve Customer Satisfaction.
